Data collected through the contact form
The form on the Contact page sends the data you enter (name, phone number and discipline you're interested in) to this website, hosted on Cloudflare, Inc., which forwards it by email to crossfitwoodwork@gmail.com (the data controller's Gmail inbox). The data is used only to get back to you and arrange the free trial you asked for (legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). The website does not keep it in any database: it stays in the data controller's inbox, and you can request its deletion at any time by writing to the address above. Cloudflare Privacy Policy.
Cookies and third-party tools
The site uses a single non-technical tool, activated only with your consent, and a few external resources strictly needed for it to work: fonts, maps and the contact form's spam protection.
Google Analytics 4 — statistics, consent required
A traffic analysis service from Google LLC. It only activates if you choose "Accept" in the banner shown on your first visit; you can withdraw consent at any time from the "Cookie preferences" link in the site footer.

Google Fonts — always active, no cookies
Some typefaces (Anton, Archivo, JetBrains Mono) are loaded from Google Fonts' servers to display the pages' typography. Loading them sends your IP address to Google, without setting any cookie. Google's Privacy Policy.
OpenStreetMap — always active, no cookies
On the Contact page, the maps for both locations show OpenStreetMap tiles. Loading them sends your IP address to OpenStreetMap's servers, without setting any cookie. OpenStreetMap's Privacy Policy.
Cloudflare Turnstile — contact form only, anti-spam
When you start filling in the form on the Contact page, Turnstile is loaded: a service by Cloudflare, Inc. that tells people apart from bots and protects the form from spam. To do so it collects technical signals about your browser and device (including IP address and user agent), strictly needed for this purpose and not used to profile you. Turnstile Privacy Addendum.
Managing your consent
You can accept or reject Google Analytics from the banner shown on your first visit to the site. To change your choice at any time, use the "Cookie preferences" link in the footer of every page: it reopens the banner so you can choose again.
Your rights
At any time you can ask the data controller to access your data, correct or delete it, object to its processing, withdraw a consent you previously gave, or file a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante Privacy). Write to crossfitwoodwork@gmail.com to exercise these rights.
